Now here was a good sequal (keeping in mind that it is a tenth installment). Apparently they had signed a contract with the studios back in the 80\'s that there would be at least 10 installments of the series. So I knew 10 years earlier that they would keep making them. That being said, this had some originality. I liked the idea of changing the back drop (not at Crystal Lake). I think they tried to do that with Manhattan, but it failed terribly. I liked the sci-fi aspect added here. Not a great movie, but for what it is, I enjoyed watching it.
