Again, a great sequel. One of my favorite prison break scenes in this one. Very creative & original. Pyro & Iceman are going to be AWESOME in X3. I felt that there was a trmendous reference to Star Wars (emperor & Anakin) to Magneto & Pyro...you could be all powerful, unleash the hate within you etc etc etc, but I can look right past it on the overall rating. The female wolverine was pretty cool. Night Crawler was SOOOOOO well done, the opening scene at the White House blew me away. We also got a tease with Colosus. I hope he's a full character in X3 (Summer 2006)

I liked this one, but not as much as the first. The problem with doing the X-Men is that there are SOOOOO many seperate characters and SOOOO many seperate back-stories that it's hard to cram them all into movie. But they manage to do this well by PRE-setting up some heroes for future movies (i.e. Syren, Collosus, Ice Man and Pyro (in the first one).

There are so many rumours about the third...they claim its going to be about Jean Grey's metamorphosis into Dark Phoenix (as Famke Babe Janssen just signed back on).

They just announced that KELSEY GRAMMER will be playing the role of "The Beast" in the upcoming X-Men 3....COOOL. Everyone on-line is like:

"WELL, I wouldn't have guessed him, but he kinda really works out for the role!"

Former "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer has been added to the cast of "X-Men 3," Variety reports.

Grammer will take on the role of Beast, the oversized blue-furred creature who had a cameo in "X-2," and was played by Steve Bacic.

Other cast additions include Vinnie Jones ("Snatch," "The Big Bounce"), who will play 6-foot-10, 900-pound bad guy Juggernaut.

"Lost" actress Maggie Grace is in talks to play Kitty Pryde, a beauty who can walk through walls.

The film, directed by Matthew Vaughan and stars Hugh Jackson, Alan Cumming Famke Janssen, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart, is scheduled for release on May 26, 2006.
