Another ROD (no pun) selection...

Like any other red-blooded North American male, I've been privvy to some pornography in the past. I know names like Ron Jeremy, Seka, Traci Lords, and especially John Holmes...

But more than that, I find the whole WORLD of pornography, the MECHANICS of it disturbingly fascinating. That's why when I saw this documentary come up, I had to watch it (as I I did when I watched the doc on Ron Jeremy).

Along with stand-up comedians, porn stars are among some of the ironically MOST F'ED UP DISTURBED individuals ever. Ironic in that you'd expect their life to be somewhat of a fantasy, having sex all day, etc. But in reality (which is what I find fascinating) they are DEEPLY troubled people dealing with everything from low-self-esteem to rampant drug problems.

Seriously, if you're depressed with your life, just go rent this documentary (and maybe Roger & Me) and see just how GOOD you have it in reality.
